In addition for feedback after each session, the feedback survey will open up 5 minutes before each session and it will close 5 days after each session. After each session there will be a box for a comment in addition to choosing one of the 3 ratings.
Time to start thinking outside of the box! Come and learn about a hybrid class that deals not only in stress relief, but self defense as well. For the classroom part we tackle issues ranging from racism and sexism to consent and healthy relationships. We spend plenty of time talking about gender issues and expectations that we deal with every day. Very few classes in the country deal with these issues and there are no known classes in the country that have a hybrid model like this combining activity and classroom work.
